Demo Broken, Elementor Pages Without Style
IMPORTANT NOTICE: This issue has been resolved, so please DO NOT follow the steps from this document. In case you experience problems with the demo import kindly reach our support so that we can inspect things out for you.
If you have imported a demo and your Elementor built pages, mostly the homepage alone, appear broken, un-editable and without style, please follow these steps to resolve the problem:
Before importing a demo, go to Elementor > Tools > Version Control, and roll back to 2.9.13. Once the demo has been imported, you can update Elementor without any issues or consequences.
To import a demo, you need to have the OceanWP theme, Ocean Extra and Ocean Pro Demos (only for PRO demos) plugins installed and active..
Once all necessary plugins have been installed, go to Theme Panel > Install Demos, find the demo, click on the thumbnail and follow instructions to import.
If you are experiencing issues, please reach support and provide us temporary login details for the website in question, and we will do our best to sort out the problem for you.
