Add a Menu in The Footer Bar

You can easily add a menu in the footer bar just after the opening button.

Go to Appearance > Menus and create a new menu.

Add your menu items you want to see in the footer bar in this menu.

Check Sticky Footer in Menu Settings.

When you'll go back to your site, you will see your menu in the footer bar..

Display only icons for your menu items

You can display only an icon without text for your menu items of the footer bar. For this check this article.

Hide your menu items on mobile

You can hide all your menu items of the footer bar on mobile by checking the Hide Navigation On Mobile option of the Sticky Footer section of the customizer but you can also hide some menu items by adding the hide-on-mobile class in the CSS Classes field of the menu item you want to hide on mobile.
