How to Open a Lightbox to the Image Click

By default, when you click a portfolio item, it opens the item, but you can easily open your portfolio item image in a lightbox, go to the Portfolio > Images section of the customizer and select Open a Lightbox for the Image Target setting, like the screenshot below:
