Yes, you can use your license on a WordPress Multisite Network.

However, each individual WordPress installation requires a license key.

For example, if you have a Multisite Network with two subdirectories and you wish to use Ocean Pro Extensions on all of them, then the Personal 3-sites plan would be enough to cover this installation.
