Footer - OceanWP Settings
Using the Footer feature of the OceanWP Settings, you can manipulate the Footer area of each of your pages, posts, products, etc per need.
Default (global) Page Title settings are available via Customize > Footer Widgets, and Customize > Footer Bottom.
Available Footer options include:
- enable or disable the Footer Widgets area,
- enable or disable the Footer Bottom area,
- and choose a custom footer template (for the Footer Widgets area).
Display Footer Widgets Area - Footer OceanWP Settings
The Display Footer Widgets Area feature allows you to control the Footer Widgets area of any page, post, product, etc.
Default (global) Footer Widgets settings are established via Customize > Footer Widgets.
Display Footer Widgets Area feature has 3 options:
- Default: inherit default Footer Widgets settings via Customize > Footer Widgets.
- Enable: allows you to enable the Footer Widgets area even if disabled in the Customizer.
- Disable: allows you to disable the Footer Widgets area.
Display Copyright Area - Footer OceanWP Settings
The Display Copyright Area feature allows you to control the Footer Bottom (copyright) area of any page, post, product, etc.
Default (global) Footer Copyright settings are established via Customize > Footer Bottom.
Display Footer Copyright Area feature has 3 options:
- Default: inherit default Footer Copyright settings via Customize > Footer Bottom.
- Enable: allows you to enable the Footer Copyright area even if disabled in the Customizer.
- Disable: allows you to disable the Footer Copyright area.
Select Template - Footer OceanWP Settings
The Select Template feature allows you to assign a custom footer template.
You can create your custom footer template via your WP dashboard, OceanWP > My Library.
The option to display a custom footer template is tied to the Footer Widgets Area, therefore this area must be enabled either on the page or global (customizer) level.
