Import and Export: Site Booster Panel

The Ocean Site Booster's Import/Export panel is a standalone module designed for portability and peace of mind. Whether you are migrating settings to a new project, sharing a proven configuration with a client, or simply maintaining a local backup of your site's architecture, these tools simplify the process.

Getting Started

1. Navigate to the Site Booster dashboard.
2. Locate the Import/Export panel in the main sidebar menu.
3. Enable Import/Export Module toggle at the top right and switch it to On.
4. Select the options you want to export (detailed below).
5. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page to apply your settings,
6. Then finally use the desired Export features.

Available Content options include:

• Export Users,
• Export Plugins List,
• Site Booster Settings.

Export Users

Quickly generate a list of your website's registered users. This is particularly useful for auditing access or migrating subscriber data to a newsletter service.

• Format Selection: Choose between a CSV (best for Excel or Google Sheets) or a JSON file (best for developers and data migration).
• The Process:
  • 1. Select your preferred file format.
  • 2. Save Changes,
  • 3. Click Export Users to generate and download the file.

Export Plugins List

Document your site's "tech stack" by exporting a complete list of your installed plugins. This is an essential tool for troubleshooting or providing site audits to support teams.

• Format Selection: Choose between a CSV (best for Excel or Google Sheets) or a JSON file (best for developers and data migration).
• The Process:
  • 1. Select your preferred file format.
  • 2. Save Changes,
  • 3. Click Export Plugins to generate and download the file.

Site Booster Settings

Save or restore your entire Site Booster configuration with a single click. Useful for backups or importing your best Site Booster settings on a different website so you don't have to start from scratch. Developers and agencies will adore this feature.

• Export Settings: Generates a configuration file (JSON) containing your current Site Booster setup. This is ideal for replicating your preferred environment on a new website.
• Import Settings: Upload a previously exported Site Booster file to instantly apply those settings to your current site.
