Footer Copyright - Customizer
Default theme settings may differ if you have imported one of the OceanWP prebuilt website templates for WordPress. This is because these templates come with their own Customizer settings. However, the way you use the Customizer to adjust your website remains the same.
The OceanWP Customizer Footer Copyright panel enables you to enable, style and personalize the footer copyright area of your website, including the footer menu.
Available Footer Copyright options include:
- Enable Footer Copyright,
- Visibility,
- Padding (px),
- Copyright Text (Content section),
- Copyright Text typography (Typography and Colors section),
- Footer Menu typography (Typography and Colors section),
- Copyright Background color (Typography and Colors section),
- Copyright Text color (Typography and Colors section),
- Copyright Links color (Typography and Colors section).
Enable Footer Copyright
The Enable Footer Copyright option enables you to choose whether or not to display the Footer Copyright element on your website.
Toggle the button to enable or disable the display of the Footer Copyright element.
Visibility
The Visibility option enables you to choose responsive display settings for the Footer Copyright element:
- Show on All Devices: display on desktop, tablet and mobile.
- Hide on Tablet: display on desktop and mobile, but hide on tablet.
- Hide on Mobile: display on desktop and tablet, but hide on mobile.
- Hide on Tablet and Mobile: display on desktop only.
Padding (px)
The Padding (px) option enables you to add padding (spacing) to the Footer Copyright website element.
This option is always measured in pixels (px).
Copyright Text
The Copyright Text option section enables you to add content to the Footer Copyright area (text, HTML, shortcodes, etc).
Copyright Text
The Copyright Text typography option enables you to adjust typography settings for content displayed in the Footer Copyright area.
Footer Menu
The Footer Menu typography option enables you to adjust typography settings for the menu displayed in the Footer Copyright area.
Copyright Background
The Copyright Background color option enables you to apply a color to the background of the entire Footer Copyright area.
Copyright Text
The Copyright Text color option enables you to apply a color to the textual (non-link) parts of the Footer Copyright content.
Copyright Links
The Copyright Links color option enables you to apply a color to all link parts of the Footer Copyright content.
