I Am Unable to Access My Account

If, for any reason, you are unable to access your account via the OceanWP website, you can access the customer account dashboard directly via: https://users.freemius.com/

If you're having issues with your dashboard display (for example, your dashboard is completely empty and doesn't contain absolutely any data), please do the following:

Make sure that you are accepting third-party cookies in your browser settings (these get deleted as soon as you close the browser if you are using the incognito mode).

If you are using any kind of ad blockers, make sure to whitelist the following:

Ad blockers can disable functionality cookies necessary to display your dashboard properly.

If you are still experiencing account access issues, please contact Support for troubleshooting.
