How To Cancel Your Subscription (Auto-Renewal)

You can cancel your subscription (auto-renewal) for the annual license directly from your account.

Important: Please do not cancel the subscription for at least 10 days from the purchase. Otherwise your entire purchase can be cancelled.

How To Cancel Subscription

1. Log into your Customer Account

2. Navigate to the Renewals & Billing tab.

3. Click on the license you wish to cancel the subscription for

Once you select the license for which you wish to cancel the subscription for, a side window will open.

4. Cancel subscription from the side-window option
